Back office employee – data maintenance (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Maintaining and updating master data in our internal systems (e.g. customer, vehicle or article data)
• Recording, checking and correcting data records according to internal quality guidelines
• Support in the creation of evaluations, lists and reports
• Filing, document management and general administrative tasks
• Collaboration in the further development of data processes and optimization of data quality
• Close cooperation with specialist departments such as sales, accounting or logistics

What you bring with you

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• First professional experience in back office, administration or data maintenance is an advantage
• Careful, structured and reliable way of working
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• High affinity for numbers and accuracy
• Ability to work in a team, discretion and a sense of responsibility
