Fleet manager (m/f/d) or customer service clerk (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Support and advice for existing customers on all aspects of fleet management
• Coordination and monitoring of vehicle orders, returns and repair processes
• Maintenance of customer and vehicle data in our systems
• Support in the preparation of offers, contracts and evaluations
• Processing complaints and finding solutions in close coordination with service providers and customers

What you bring with you

• Completed commercial training, ideally in the automotive, freight forwarding or logistics environment
• Strong communication skills, service orientation and organizational talent
• Confident handling of MS Office and ideally knowledge of fleet management systems
• Independent and structured way of working
