Our company can look back on an all-round successful participation in this year’s job and training fair in Uslar. With a strong presence and a great deal of commitment, we were able to present ourselves as a modern and future-oriented employer. A consistently positive response in all discussions.

Shortly after the start, our stand was already bustling with activity. Numerous school students and other interested visitors came to find out about job opportunities at our company. Personal discussions and the authentic insights into everyday working life at BFE were particularly popular. The fair was not only a complete success for us in terms of visitor numbers, but also in terms of results: the first applications were received after the fair and further interviews were arranged directly on site.
Our conclusion
The job and training fair in Uslar was an excellent opportunity for us to talk to committed young people and present our company in an authentic and positive light.
